When you visit the website, our hosting provider receives standard technical information that browsers send with every request. This includes your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, the referring page and the date and time of the request. It is used to deliver the website, keep it secure and diagnose problems.
To route your enquiry to the right team, the website keeps a small record in your browser for the length of your visit. It notes the page you arrived on, the site that referred you and any campaign tags in the link you followed. This record is sent to us only if you submit a form, and it is deleted when you close the tab. Our Cookie Policy describes it in full.
We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising services on the website. If we introduce them, we will update this policy and the Cookie Policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
